TITLE:  Career growth doesn’t have to be a straight line — Babiators co-founder turned Red Clay Hot Sauce CEO Molly Fienning shows us why (Episode 187)

THIS WEEK’S TOPIC & GUEST: Ever consider a big career shift? Maybe you are looking to pivot from one sector to another, but have no idea how to do that? Babiators co-founder turned Red Clay Hot Sauce CEO Molly Fienning shows us that it’s not only possible, but that it’s a great way to really grow our skills, and to challenge ourselves in new ways.

It also happens to be a great way to build and grow our INFLUENCE as well!

At first glance, it would seem a baby aviator sunglasses company and a gourmet, cold-pressed hot sauce company have very little in common, except that they share and benefit from the incredibly talented and innovative Molly Fienning!

Molly’s early career dream was to be either a wizard or a spy, but she ended up pursuing entrepreneurship. As a Marine Corp spouse, Molly found herself needing to create opportunities for herself, but typical corporate jobs were not a good fit for her nomadic, military family. As Molly explored options, her openness to potential opportunities helped her discover how she could take her analytical problem-solving skills and pair them with diverse business challenges.
