Coming off of the Popup that happened at our Swift Street cafe Chris and Jared reflect on how hard it is to do things well. There are some hot takes in this weeks episode. Mostly we are just frustrated at the businesses phoning it in, and all the excuses people give when it comes to doing the best they can. Might be a bit of a spicy one.

"You get what you pay for." It's typically a phrase you use when you've bought something cheap, and it came back to bite you. But if you really think about it, when you buy something, you're always paying for more than just the thing. How can that realization have repercussions in the coffee world, and the cafe world in general? Chris and Jared reflect on a particularly special experience that raises this question.
