Welp, I did it again, I bawled while interviewing another author. I can't remember the last time I connected so deeply with a book as I did with Breakdown by Cathy Sweeney, which tells the tale of a woman who walks away from her seemingly perfect home and seemingly perfect husband and children, and doesn't turn back. It is confronting and raw and frankly, brilliant. I was delighted to discuss it with her this week.
