I know, there will be loads of you who are already huge fans but I didn't know a lot about Hannah Tyrrell ahead of leading a panel she was on for IWD this year. Once I began my research, though, I was blown away. Not only has she won a women's football All-Ireland with Dublin, she's also won the Six Nations with Ireland's Women's Rugby team. Aside from that, she's passionate about equality and mental health, all while being generous enough to share her own experience with mental illness in the hope that it might help someone else. I was so grateful that she took the time to chat to me this week in her home in Dublin so that you guys could hear from her too. I hope you enjoy.
