Mariel Pastor is a Lead Trainer who began her IFS journey back in 1998. She trains across the United States and internationally and is widely known for her clarity, warmth, and humor.Mariel recently wrote and edited the new Level 1 training manual, and has created advanced workshops designed around the Unburdened Internal System mandala. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist she worked in the entertainment industry in Hollywood. Her love of working with artists has inspired her most recent project called Character Mapping - a psychological toolbox for actors, writers, and directors to build deeper characters and to find them selves.
