This week in The Labia Lounge we tackle a topic that’s a bit different to the usual MO – women in business. I interview Lexy McDonald from HerHelp, a 20 year old app creator who started launched her first app all on her own at the ripe old age of 17!

HerHelp is a phenomenal resource for people who are seeking community, support, valuable resources and education in all aspects of holistic health and wellbeing. I’ve created loads of sex-ed videos and tutorials for the app and am thrilled to be a part of this community and movement Lexy is creating with HerHelp, so I figured I’d get her on to talk about the app and her vision!We chat about being a woman in business, the challenges and hurdles she faced as an entrepreneur trying to do something so big at such a young age, how we deal with imposter syndrome and overcome the self doubt and constant overwhelm of running your own business, bullying and mental health, and the journey Lexy has been on since she got the idea to create a safe online space for people like her who felt isolated and alone in their experience.
