Jake's back on the podcast and he's bought a friend... It's Alba! This is Alba's first official podcast appearance and I'm hoping she talks a little for you all.
Jake and I talk about whether we think we've changed since being parents, and how our love life is going post having a baby.
Jake also talks about being Alba's example of what a good man should be.
And how we both handle a work life balance.
Plus we may have a little argument about when / if we should have another baby!
Speak soon!

It's been 6 months of Alba Jean Ankers and 6 months of being a mum!
Which is wild because it's absolutely flown!
Alba's giggled for the first time and sitting up by herself, all while I'm trying to learn to use my ab muscles again after not having to for 9 months!
I've also got some workout tips for new mums if you're interested.
Plus I've been absolutely hooked to Australian Married at First Sight, so we're going to talk about my faves, who I want to stay together and who I'm not liking!
And hopefully get someone on next time!
See you in a couple of weeks

One of my favourite guests is back on the podcast this week, my mam Letitia!
Last year Mam was diagnosed with breast cancer and went through all her treatment during my pregnancy.
It was one fo the hardest times in our lives, especially with me not being able to attend her last chemo treatment because I was giving birth to Alba.
Mam and I sit down for a little bit of a hard conversation today to talk about her journey through breast cancer.

Well I've had a little time away from the podcast, but I'm back and ready for another episode!
This week I'm filling you in on all of our adventures from Alba's first holiday to Dubai.
Plus, whether I'd let Alba go on reality TV.
And there's been a lot of chat lately surrounding mental health support for reality TV contestants and I've got a bit of advice for anyone who might be thinking of auditioning.
Until next time

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
I'm talking all about the festive season in this episode.
As you know, I always like to be honest with you all and this year is a little bit harder for me.
Even though it's our first Christmas with Alba and there were so many traditions I wanted to start with her, we lost my Nana less than a month before Christmas so this year feels very different. And let me tell you grief is wild!
Plus I want to talk to you all about my lips and why I decided to get them dissolved.
And of course looking forward, what 2023 is starting to look like for me!
Have a safe and happy holidays!
See you next month

I like being honest on my podcast, so I'm going to let you know that this episode was recorded before I gave birth to my beautiful daughter.
So I talk through my last moments before becoming a parent!
Including how me and Jake are feeling about becoming parents & how he's been my absolute rock lately
Plus the fact that I'm really missing my exercise and how much I struggled through this last trimester.
And why I'm choosing to share my baby details privately.

Hiya! I'm back, and today I'm chatting all about my pregnancy journey, and especially something that no one warned me about in the first trimester.
I struggled with this overwhelming feeling of a dark cloud over my head, and feeling sad and low. But I wasn't unhappy that I was pregnant, I had depression.
Plus, me and Jake have found our perfect baby name! After a few trial and errors though! Thanks Google.
And, now that I'm in my third trimester I'm starting to get excited about what's to come like decorating the nursery, and learning how the F to burp a baby!
Thanks for coming along for the ride!
Until next month,
Charlotte X
Note: This episode does discuss topics surrounding depression during pregnancy, if this is triggering for you, please feel free to skip through the first part of the episode.
