In this episode, Gretch and Tab discuss a chilling story about a man named John Chapman. They start in Chinchula, Alabama, introducing the rural town and the kind Bentley family who took in John. 

However, John's dark side emerges as he struggles with meth addiction and exhibits disturbing behavior. The story takes a dark turn when a neighbor, Lisa, is found murdered in a suspicious fire. John becomes the prime suspect, but it becomes clear that he may have other victims, including a 16-year-old girl in Georgia.
