There is a lot to talk about since they had two weeks of beer drinking in Chicago and across the United States to chat about. It’s an odd time of the year as it seems there aren’t too many events happening, possibly because everyone is ramping up for Oktoberfest events. But there is one event that you should check out for sure; Summer Crushes with Good Beer Hunting at 5 Rabbit. This event kicks off at noon and will feature some of the best fruit-infused, and fruit-fermented beers around, as well as some new one-off experiments.    There has also been a few beer industry shake ups recently so the guys dive into that in their beer news segment as they wrap up the show. The guys dive into the story of Burnt City and how it rose from the ashes of Atlas Brewing at the end of 2015. Since this re-launch the brand seems even stronger and the beers are looking and tasting great. If you can make it to the BrewPub on Lincoln, do it. Otherwise make sure you pick up some cans, which should be available all over the Chicagoland area. Pitchfork is in Union Park again and you can always count on Goose Island to show up with some great beers for the crowds. Out in Naperville is the 4th Annual Naperville Ale Fest.
