This week Brad Chmielewski & Nik White are once again sipping on some cans of Revolution beer but this week they have the Galaxy Hero as they chat about their past week drinking around Chicago. Over the past week, Nik made it out to the casino and made a stop at Sheffields for some Goose Island beers. Brad was on the move as well making a stop at Corridor for some Crowlers that quickly got drank on the bus ride to the Chicago Fire game. As Chicago Craft Beer Week gets closer there are great events happening all the time. On Wednesday, April 20th at Clark Street Ale House is The Maine Event. Coupling tasters from the Maine-produced Allagash brewing along with the delectable offerings from Happy Lobster, a Chicago food truck specializing in creative ways to serve the crustacean.  Then on April 23rd from 1 - 5 PM in Kenosha, WI is the Dairy State Cheese and Beer Festival. Then back in Chicago on Sunday, April 17th is the Revolution Craft Show at the Revolution Tap Room and the 20 year Anniversary of Fischman Liquors & Tavern. Clint brought with him three different beers that they’ve been brewing and shared with the guys a few of the projects they are working on. These are some tasty beers and it’s awesome to hear the story behind these beers especially from someone who’s been working in all the different aspects of the brewery.
