In a world of brokeness, being whole is hard. In many cases it may even seem impossible. But today we share how to become whole through a life of holiness. 

being holy isn't reserved for saints, our pursuit for holiness should be at the forefront of our life as Christians. The pursuit alone is worthy, the efforts, the desire to be more like Christ leads us to a holy life. 

Holy does not mean being perfect, it is wrapped up in the pursuit and effort to become holy. We are not made to pursue happiness, rather we are made to pursue holiness. When we do this, we become whole. 

Making a decision to chase your dreams can be hard for many. Austin Williams made the decision to chase his in Country Music. After only one yar of chasing in Nashville, he was signed to development deal and is moving fast through the ranks.

Today’s guest, Benny Braden was hiking near his home in eastern Tennessee and he began to notice trash along the trails, and he began picking the trash up. In some places the trash was immense. Left over tents, beer cans, food packaging, and more were littered everywhere.

Taking it upon himself, he began a campaign of cleaning up our public lands. And “Responsible Stewardship” was founded. A non-profit organization that works to keep our public lands clean and trash free.

Benny, is also a PTSD survivor and a follower of Christ. In this show we discuss his hikes across the globe and how Responsible Stewardship came into being as well has his personal faith journey.

How much money do you make?  How much do you weigh? What did you pay for your car? Do you tithe? 

Many of us find these questions offensive and in some ways they are. Except for the last one...the rest are non of my business, and are on some level offensive. But God doesnt ask any of te others, but he does as for our Tithe. 10% of your gross income. 

Why are we so quick to give out 20% of the cost of a meal to a server but reluctant to give God 10% of our income? This and other things we discuss today as we loo into what God expects of us. 

Remember God can do more with 90% than you can with 100%....

What moves you? What is it in your life that moves your soul and compels you to do something and work to make a difference? For Sue Tidwell it was when she accompanied her husband on a safari to Tanzania. As a non-hunter herself, she saw the passion of her husband and as she says in her book, "when you love someone, their dream becomes your dream."

Why is it so difficult to forgive others when they have wronged us? Why do we carry grudges? What makes it so hard? And yet Jesus tells us to forgive 77 times those who wrong us. Why is it hard to forgive ourselves? Personally I find it harder for me to forgive myself than it is to forgive others.
