Claire Bowditch is versatile. For most, motherhood and a touring music career would be two separate lifetimes, but Claire decided to tackle them both at the same time.

When health concerns forced her tour life to slow down, Claire decided she could fill the void by expanding her creative endeavours: presenting radio shows, appearing on TV and writing a book.

The problem with spinning so many plates, however, is that sometimes one can fall off and hit you on the head. So when plates do drop, and tough times occur, what does Claire do to keep it together?
