Meet Jeannie

Jeannie Graham is a Christian Life Coach who works with women of any age that want to create a better experience of their lives through one on one coaching & practical tools. SheI loves coming alongside women to help them see themselves the way God sees them & to live more and more fully into all He has for them. There is something so special when women remember what God says is true of them and how he has uniquely created each of us to contribute our gifts to the world.

Jeannie is a wife to my dear husband Andy and mom to two adult children, Parker and Rebecca. Before becoming a life coach, she was an IT consultant at a state university library for 30 years. She lives in Northern California. Jeannie love cats, natural alternatives to wellness, nature, reading and all things coffee.

Meet Ashley

Ashley Pennington is a wife, mother, and lover of all things Christ. As someone who has struggled with alcoholism and disordered eating, she has found healing and redemption through Christ who continues to move in her life. By using her personal story and testimony of faith, she guides countless families into freedom from the struggles of mental health challenges. As a fellow Mama raising a child in the digital age, Ashley is passionate about releasing the stigma of mental health, specifically for parents of young children, as well as setting social media limits for teens.

Within her decades of mental health experience, Ashley has held positions within leadership,  and currently, the National Director of Clinical Partnerships supporting the full continuum of care for teens, young adults, and their families struggling with primary behavioral health challenges. 

Ashley resides in Madison, IN with her husband, Seth; son, Jack; and dog, Frank.  She enjoys spending quality time with her boys watching sports and strolling around their historic Rivertown.

Lisa Wells is a Christian Life and Mindset Coach in midcoast Maine. Having studied and practiced contemplative Christian spiritual practices for over twenty years, she has seen how coaching and spiritual direction go hand-in-hand for deep transformation and healing. Alongside her husband, she has planted a church, started several ministries, and birthed three incredible girls who are now teens beginning their own adventures. Julie Greene is a certified Christian Life Coach who is passionate about helping peopleintegrate mental and emotional wellness into their everyday lives. She uses hertraining to create a unique path for each client to strengthen their inner lives so that anxiety and performance stress no longer dominate their thoughts. She helps her clients acquire new mental and emotional skills that bring more personal fulfillment to their relationships and their lives.

Julie has a Bachelor's degree in business from the University of Tennessee and hasworked in the banking and event management industries. Most recently she hasserved as the Executive Director of a local non-profit organization. She weavesher experience as an organizational leader and a mother of three into her practice.She enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and helping them findpeace, confidence, and clarity.
