My Mentor John C Maxwell always says, “ Be A River not a Reservoir” highlighting the importance of sharing acquired knowledge” as by adding value to others you add value to yourself. Why I’ve decided to consider teaching Marketing as one of the things I may do in the future.

I’ve shared before, my passion for marketing and how I’m learning about it every day, as everything business raises and falls on marketing not only these days, but since ever, marketers and copy writers were among the highly paid individuals and agencies hired by companies .

Same as any other professional coaches who are selling intangible life changing packages need to have solid and strategic marketing plans to build a solid business and generate a constant flow of leads and customers.

So one of my future plans is once well equipped with the knowledge and tools, I may start helping coaches by teaching them marketing.

In fact, even if you are going to hire someone who’s going to run your ads, or a person who’s going to create your funnels, or someone to work on your copy

and mostly, you’re going to do that, it’s extremely important to have the basics of marketing to be able to understand and assess what’s going on in your business,

Finally and this is with what many entrepreneurs miss, as being the visionary of your business, understanding the basics of marketing will equip you with the right pair of glasses that will allow you see the movement, the trends, and activities in the market, and see what’s working in your niche and what’s not, where to invest ( In terms of platforms) and where not, and so one

I quickly realized that there wasn't a job that was really calling me, there wasn't something that I was really passionate about, because it wasn't for me.

If I have the capabilities and knowledge to actually build up towards creating a business, as well as the confidence to keep it going and move it forward? Then why not test it out?

I trusted myself enough to actually start honing my skill.

It was a bit difficult for me to accept that just by speaking with someone you can change his life.

I kept on getting training, looking for trainings, summits, advices and stuff like that, I was doing everything to develop my skills, and not myself.

The other advice I'd give for coaches is, quite frankly, just go out and try. You're going to learn so much about yourself and do this process, both of coaching others and yourself when you're in that experience.

Why do the majority of coaches never quit their 9-5 jobs, and miss on the biggest gains and benefits of being a coach? And how to overcome that and be the coach we always dreamt to be?

End of 2019, few months before the COVID pandemics starts, I was delivering a series of Leadership Coaching training in the middle-east,

during one of the events, one participant was really good, very active in her participation, adding lots of value to the session, to me and to the group,

the second day I had small chat with her during one of the breaks,

I discovered that almost same as what happened to me years before, this was not her first training, in fact, yes she was there to develop her leadership skills, but despite the fact that she is a certified coach since over 3 years, she was still doing mostly free sessions to friends and some very low fees hours to some referred clients.

When I asked her why she’s not practicing professionally, and building her coaching business, she literally answered me: I have a good government job right now with a decent salary, and I’m scared that if I quit and launch my coaching business, it will not reward me financially the way I’m making now!”

This is not a special case, or a special story, of a single separate coach, In fact,

I discovered through my journey of coaching, that the majority of coaches never leave their 9-5 jobs and one of the main reasons is their lack of confidence that they can convert the new coaching business into an official income generating source, similar or more valuable to their existing one.

This way unfortunately,

even after getting well trained as a coach,

they will gradually lose the passion of building the coaching skill,

and then get more and more less confident in building a coaching business and even in their capability to add value and deliver life changing coaching.

which is to put it in another word,, they will lose the Freedom, they were seeking from the beginning

Considering this I created a model, that is allowing coaches overcome this doubt, fear and lack of trust, and go through a safe bridge that will allow their pass from 9-5 employee job, to a the real freedom, to practice their coaching professionally, and work when they want, where they want and only with those who they want to work with and making more than what they were doing.

A kind of transition program, towards their dreams.

Today, to be honest, it's a special episode for so many reasons. Our guest today, I met her I think 2017 or 2018, in one big leadership event in Orlando, and we connected and each and every time since 2017, I think I discovered a new, a new skill, a new a new good thing that it's happening with her.

So and I was sharing with her like just before start recording a new one what to explore today to get the maximum benefit of our meeting.

Anyway, we'll see how to how to make it.

How do you see the importance of being available in different areas, whether to just add value or to do work like whether I will say that whether pro bono for free or like working on these different areas and aspects, how important it is for a coach to build his coaching business?

I believe you need more life experience at this called Life Coach life coaching

you need some years, add on, to your coaching in order to be able to really understand

a coach has to be empathetic

you have to be able to put yourself in other people's shoes

Dealing with different niches, is it going to affect your business?

it's an added value to you as a coach and your experience becomes wider

There is no big difference between how you implement your coaching style

it is about the added value

it is about connection
