  • What to do to gain client’s Trust? - Karim Amri CSS: 39
In today’s episode, Karim Is going to talk about one of the most important areas that we need to develop and build with our clients or in fact, with anyone that we are dealing with, in order to have the best relationship, the best outcome, the best life that we have within our work or outside.
And in coaching, it's a must. in fact, coaching as a process can't work if this area is not there and is not done properly.
Today, we're going to be talking about trust and the importance of TRUST within a coaching partnership.

    // O V E R V I E W
    Coaching is a partnership.
You are partnering literally with someone in order to go together throughout the journey, you are going to take him mostly from point A to point B.
A is the reality right now.
Point B will be the destination that he wants to achieve the goal or the challenge he wants to overcome.
The most important area that we need to consider as coaches are Trust.
When there is no Trust, there is no proper connection.
When there is no proper connection, the client is almost not open up.
If someone is hiring you as a coach, in most of the cases he did his investigation, or are you being recommended by someone. so, there's already a certain level of respect for trust.
When it comes to organizations we do build, this trust as it been highlighted from the beginning.
Trust is not something that we can get or something that we can buy.
Trust is a journey, We build it piece by piece with this person.
We need to be honest, and we need to comply with our requirements and our commitment as a coach. We need to honor our commitment.
In order to build Trust, it happens that we do mistakes, we do things wrong, we miss an appointment, these things can happen. So, it's important for us to admit when we are wrong, it is important to admit that we've been wrong.
We need to show people that we do care about them.

    // O V E R V I E W
I discovered Click funnels, I discovered Russell Brunson.
I was talking, we definitely should do something. And I was like, we should do a podcast.
I've been listening to podcasts when they were, brand new since you know, around 2008 2009.
I said, Ron, we should do a podcast and he's like, what is a podcast? Is it like a radio show? I'm in if it's like a radio show.
We went down the journey in and of launching our podcasts in 2019.
We kept seeing certain people that didn't have the technical skills, get bumps in the road that they could not overcome.
Next thing you know, they're not launching like Ron and me.
In a reasonable sense, we hated going into programs that you're going to get upsell into something, like right away.
We hated going into programs that you couldn't finish unless you bought something else because that's not okay.
    We're just upfront with people.
    We want your message out.
I was like, Dude, I just think we need to lose this other name.
Once we rebranded and we became the synergy of just Hindsight HacKing.
We were the Hindsight hacking guys.
How to reach this level of synergy?
We have to have that synergy; we have to have the same ideas and values. And we discovered that when we both had a regular nine to five job.
We've cared about the people and how we help the people now, as both of our greatest successes came when we saw others succeed.
If you have a hobby podcast, go find anybody that can be a co-host. But if you're trying to have it as part of a business, you can't just have anybody, you can't just bring in a partner.
What's making podcasts that fast-growing media during the last couple of years?
Think about it. it's something you can do in your basement, you can put it together, anyone can do it. If you have something that you want to get out there, you're called to do it. So, if you have a message, it's an easy way to put out, put it out there. You know, it then boils down to longevity and consistency around it.
You can meet people where they want to be met, in their time with your message and your subject matter stuff. When they're ready to receive it. And all you have to do is record it one time. that's the power.

The wheel of life, is a tool is that looks like a kind of wheel.
It can be imagined as a pizza.
Divided into eight pieces for example, each section of this of pizza represents a section of this wheel of life. Which is going to represent a specific area or specific aspect of someone's life or your life.
The center of the wheel is going to be for example represented as number 1 and the more you're going to be grown up to the external perimeter of the circle you're going to be number 10.
With each area of this wheel of life you're going to be exploring with your client, Where are you today how do you rank your level of satisfaction with this area?
One area can be career, family, sports, physical environments, personal growth, money, health.
So all those can be areas in the wheel of life.
An example of the questions you will be using, How much do you rank yourself from 1 to 10, the level of your satisfaction with your health ?
The successful life is a happy life.
This is a tool that can be used in the beginning, it is recommended. And it's going to add a lot of value. if you're going to use it in the beginning of a coaching partnership to have an idea of your clients.

    // O V E R V I E W
The market is divided into three parts.
There are basically three core markets, The Health, The Wealth, and The Relationship market.
Whenever we are doing anything in our business, we're going to consider this customer avatar, because if what we are offering and designing, is not in line with the vision or with what the client likes, it means that we are doing it for nothing.
To identify our customer avatar, we need to ask ourselves some questions.
    what age is this person?
Are they employees or other business owners, entrepreneurs?
Are they single are married? etc….
The more we narrow it, the more we clarify, the more we have details and information about our dream customer, the better will be our offer, and the better value we're going to give to him, and the more our chances to get him in our team.
In our world. That's the concept of customer avatar.

Ask you about your journey, you as a coach?
There will always in any journey, a one aha moment, one thing that made the switch, the click.
So what's the one thing that was there in your journey that made you as successful as you are today?
One of the big aha was for me was when I realized that, Julie, it's not about you.
We can have our ego get in the way all over the place.
My ego didn't want me to change.
Now it's not just about me and my fear.
I was charging like 200, 250 bucks an hour, which for a lot of coaches are like, oh, that's great, right. But they have the issue with the time for money trade, which is that people are comparing your hourly rate to their hourly rate.
Coaching is not about time for money. Entrepreneurship is not about time for money. It's about value.
What is the actual value? What's the lifetime value of what it is that you're doing?
So I can be the most powerful coach and supporter and cheerleader for these clients that are handy.
Your business is a direct reflection of your mindset.
So it's really about finding those spaces, where you have accountability, you have community, you have people who call you up, and you have people who call you out. And really making sure that those spaces are aligned with who you are on what you value.

  • Procrastination is good- Karim Amri CSS: 31
In today’s episode, Karim is explaining to us how it has been always challenging and difficult for him. whenever he was listening to someone giving a speech about how procrastination is the worst thing in life.
Procrastination is a sign of irresponsibility; procrastination shows less professionalism. procrastination, shows less care.
Procrastination is a sign of not efficient employees. it was always challenging for him to listen to all of these things. But is all of this true?
Today Karim will get to talk about another face of procrastination.
Join our Facebook Group: Goal Getters Nation
    -------------------------------------------------
    // O V E R V I E W
Those who procrastinate, are gifted people who can manage many thoughts and process many ideas at the same time. So, they decide to prioritize some of them and delay others when it comes to actions.
Procrastination means that someone is able to have a lot of ideas in his mind and is prioritizing them and that's a sign of gifted people.
It's not that bad by procrastinating something.
It's not that bad to procrastinate, maybe we need to sit with our team for one more time to explore their ideas and their views.
We can also delay doing something because we are excellent at doing something else.
This belief that procrastination is bad is putting us sometimes in a scary way and it's going to affect some of the decisions that maybe we're going to be fast taking.
The challenge that we coaches are facing is not doing actions that we agreed with the client to do them.
Incorporate coaching, we need some time to connect, and we need some time to get the people really involved in the coaching.
As a coach, we need to be open and flexible. Since we believe that there's always a positive intention behind the behavior of those managers and the behavior of their clients.
The concept of procrastination. It's not always bad. It's not always bad. In fact, it's good in so many situations. And we need to consider this when we are dealing with our clients.

    // O V E R V I E W
A mental six-pack is more important than a physical six-pack.
You could exercise aggressively cut your calories, do whatever and you might achieve that. But are you thinking better thoughts?
I started working on my thoughts and my mental health, that's when my life changed.
It wasn't when I got the physical six-pack, it was when I got the mental six-pack.
    Every coach needs a coach.
Sometimes we are a little bit harsh with ourselves.
    What is keto?
technically keto is not even a diet.
    it's a metabolic process.
a process that your metabolism goes through.
You go from being a sugar burner to a fat burner.
The liver actually produces ketones for the brain.
keto is a way of teaching your body to burn fat and produce ketones.
