Today we’ve got special guest Harriet Frew, who is an Eating Disorder therapist. Harriet and I are going to have a chat about the difference between Therapy and Coaching. This is a subject I’ve been wanting to dive into for a while because I believe both coaching and therapy can be extremely valuable when done at the right time. Of course I’m a huge believer in good coaching, and at the same time, gaining an understanding of why we are the way we are through therapy, and being willing to address some potentially deeper issues can be an absolutely invaluable experience.
