Today, we're once again indulging our sweet tooth, this time with some fudge! This is a very simple recipe, but with very tasty results, great for potlucks or a night in at home. So, without further ado, lets get cooking to make some fantastic fudge!
3.5 cups chocolate chips (any should work; recipe calls for milk chocolate, and I used semi-sweet)
1- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Saucepan (4 quart works well)
stirring utensil (silicon spatula recommended, but a wooden spoon works)
Cake pan or baking sheet with some form of non-stick coating (non-stick spray or parchment paper works)If you want more info on the show, or to suggest a future episode topic, please follow us on Instagram @college_cookery, or tag us with #collegecookery
