I spent last weekend with my family up at our family property near Craig Colorado. It's always a good time up there, but one thing that is unavoidable is dealing with my father's perpetual negativity. He's pretty much always been a negative person my whole life. To him, everything sucks. "If it's not one thing, it's another." The problem with that mentality is that it tends to attract more negative experiences in your life. Also, when you spend a lot of time around people with this mentality, it can drag you down mentally as well if you don't have enough self awareness to resist. Let's talk about it today!

I just finished reading "When I Say No, I Feel Guilty" by Dr. Manuel J. Smith. One of the key concepts in his book is the Assertive Bill of Rights. Understanding this is a key concept if you want to learn to be more assertive in your communications. Assertiveness is a good quality to have not just in dealing with women and being more attractive, but in your interactions with others in general.

I often say that all women test men, either consciously and subconsciously. It's unavoidable. You can next every woman who tests you, but the next one will do it too. You might as well learn how to handle it. On top of that, men often test each other as well. We usually do this by busting on each other. Sometimes this is subconscious too, but either way men and women know that they can't trust a man that doesn't have a firm grip on his emotions. Today, we're going to learn how to handle all kinds of tests, so you know how to be UNSHAKABLE! Never let them see you sweat!
