Hey Pickles!

We're recuperating from an exciting weekend. We vended at a pop up market at The Vegan Center in Tonawanda NY on Saturday . We went for some delicious vegan pizza at Wurlitzer Pizza, and we went to a Super Bowl party on Sunday!

Whew! What a whirlwind of vegan food and fun!

This is a fantastic book from one of Canada's premier vegan chefs. There's over 100 great vegan recipes for you to try, and we're looking forward to trying more of them!

We'll let you know why going vegan is the best New Year's resolution to make in 2023.
We'll also give you one of 72 reasons to be vegan!
