Confidently Insecure

Kelsey hasn't smoked THC since college when she smoked a gravity bong and was high for 3 days and having constant panic attacks...so what could go wrong when she tries it again 10 years later in a safe environment of her own home with loved ones for her chronic pain..APPARENTLY A LOT!

Kelsey and Kap Slap talk about what they did to get through it and how the last few days have been on a cross country RV trip with Kelsey's family!

HAPPY...whatever heck monday holiday it is?? HOPE YOU ARE ALL RELAXING!!! Speaking of relaxing, Kelsey gives us an update on what exactly she's doing with her microdosing journey and how she got here:

-from being terrified of psychidelics to eating them for breakfast

-what they've done so far

-the decision to stop SSRI's and why

-the plan moving forward..

OH YEAH AND SHE SHAVED OFF ALL HER HAIR (and we promise, it has nothing to do with the microdosing)
