Betsy Fenzel is a mom of three and has a private therapy practice in the Washington, DC, area. Her experience with Internal Family Systems therapy, Buddhist meditation, and mindfulness inspired her to write Heart of Gold and share its beneficial messages with the world. In her free time, she loves to read, travel with her family, sing in her car, and give her dog belly rubs. She hopes one day every child will know about their heart of gold so they can bring their special light to the world.
