She shared what Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) is and what factors affect your glucose levels that can, in turn, affect your overall health. CGM is a small device that lasts up to 14 days and it is painless to use.
Cheri discussed the vision behind Nutri Sense and how she wants to help her clients interpret CGM results to get a better understanding of how glucose works in their body.
