With expansion, comes contraction. From highs, come lows. As we push ourselves to new levels, it can feel like two steps forward, one step backwards at times and I want you to know that's all part of the journey. Today, I share my experience with contraction as I grow and evolve and how I now understand it's simply part of the evolution, not taking away from it.
