In the US economy this year, they had two quarters of negative growth meaning a recession is most likely coming to Canada. When the US sneezes, Canada catches a cold and it's times like these where you can prepare yourself to take advantage of a down economy.

On today's episode, Darren and Christina sit down with the wonderful Holly Jespersen. Holly is known for her creation Holly's Homes which is a business that rents out Airbnb's to families who have sick children and need a place to stay that is close to their local hospital.

Holly uses Airbnb rental arbitrage for Holly's Homes meaning her business doesn't own the properties, they rent them and then in turn rent them out as short term rentals and manage the properties accordingly.

Holly started the business about 3 years ago and it has already made a huge impact on families in Canada taking away the stress that comes with long hours traveling back and forth.
