- When we make plans with a friend we are much more likely to follow through.
- When we know our friend is waiting for us we’ll drop all the other urgent stuff and keep our plans with a friend.
- We’ll make it happen.

- When we exercise with a friend we are more likely to do the exercise we planned, we usually don’t cut it short, or lose steam, our friends lift us up…we lift up our friends.

- Friends can be found anywhere. It could be your neighbor, your kids, your partner,
- Friends can be your group fitness group, your online walking buddy, or even a phone call with someone while you walk.

- Friends help us smile
- Friends help us feel not so alone
- Friends remind us we are worthy of this whole exercise and health thing.
