Erin Klein became a new mom in 2020. Now that it's 2021 Erin is rethinking how to exercise with a baby in tow, missing her pre-baby-body, and thinking through these changes as a fitness influencer. Can Erin still be a health and fitness example? Can she still be an inspiration when achieving health and fitness goals are harder now than ever? Can she still love the person in the mirror?

Our guest Erden Eruc holds 14 Guinness World Records for his amazing feats such as rowing solo across the Pacific Ocean and going around the ENTIRE globe on his human power along, such as rowing, biking, hiking, and jogging. 

On April 22nd, Erden will begin his second trip around the globe starting with rowing from California to Hong Kong. In order to complete this row across the Pacific Ocean, Erden will depart California with all of his supplies and food for the eleven month journey.
