Episode 22.  Could You Be A Runnerd?

This episode was inspired by a Coach Bennett's Newsletter from September 2023 that was inspired by an Instagram post I wrote in 2015.  And after feedback from the readers of the newsletter asking for more information about runnerdism I finally caved and... well... here we are.

This episode will not only define what a Runnerd  actually is but will also celebrate what it means to be a runnerd and even give some background on Coach Bennett's journey from an adorable and wildly charismatic kid to a handsome and wildly charismatic runnerd.  So, calling all runnerds! Get ready to listen to an episode that is all about you and your passion and your love. It's about you. Because you nerd out about running and that is glorious because that makes you a runnerd!
