On this very special episode of Dad Bods & Beards, the guys sit down with Brian Helbach, an 8 year Veteran of the U.S. Army, and founder of I Got Your Six 22. Brian's non-profit organization actively seeks to find Veterans and 1st Responders in need of support so they don’t fight their inner demons alone that come as a result from years of service. Through collaborative programs such as their service dog program, IGY622 helps provide lifelong tools and training to help ensure a brighter future for the men and women that serve our country and communities!
We all know Tyson & Logan are not big fans of shaving to begin with... I mean the show isn't called "Dad Bods & Baby Faces" after all. So with that said, this week the guys dive into the deeper meaning and origins behind the widely popular "No Shave November" trend and how it can help spread awareness, give support, and raise funds for our loved ones who are battling cancer.
Come along with us this week as Tyson & Logan sit down with Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) David Andrews where they discuss the importance of breaking the stigma behind men seeking to improve the quality of their lives through different forms of therapy. We all handle life's struggles differently and that's ok, and so is knowing when it's time to ask for help.
We're Back! After a brief break and missing last week's episode, Tyson and Logan regroup and catch up with one another regarding their busy work and home lives. Seriously....Only these two can cover both those topics in the same conversation and leave you uplifted and laughing!
