"When our time on this floating rock in the stars comes to an end, the lives of the people we impacted, weather that be for better or for worse, will paint the portrait of the person we once were for the generations to come." - Unknown
Ask an Expert is back with our very first husband & wife duo, Mike & Terrica Hildebrandt.
When it comes to the definition of "Power Couple", Mike & Terrica blow it clean out of the water! First and foremost, you can feel the love and chemistry these two have for not only each other, but for their roles as parents to their six children. yeah, you read that right... they have SIX kids... and SIX packs!
These two amazing people have devoted a large part of their lives to not only their own personal health and fitness, but also sharing their experiences and knowledge with those looking to improve themselves. Their approach to, what can be referred to as a taboo phrase for so many, "Diet & Exercise" has got to be one of the most positive perspectives and outlooks when it comes to personal health and fitness. There can be so much misinformation and toxicity surrounding the health and fitness culture these days, but thankfully we have good people like Mike & Terrica spear heading a positive and realistic approach to bettering ourselves.
So come along this week and get to know The Hildebrandt's with us, and be sure to check out their social media channels. @TheFitCouplesPerspective , @SavorySwolemates , @TrainerMIke1
