Dan has been studying martial arts for over 25 years. He has studied in multiple styles
including Karate, Aikido, BJJ, MMA, Boxing, Krav Maga, KFM and more.

He was training to be a police officer when he dediced to pursue martial arts full time.

He was inducted into The Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2015

He writes the immensely popular blog The Martial View and has also written 2 books.
