It's just under two years since Cian Lynch became an All-Ireland Hurling legend as part of the first Limerick team to win the Liam McCarthy since 1973.

But with things shut down due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, Cian has been keeping busy in lockdown putting a 'bit of bleach' in the hair and raising some much needed support for a key part of the south-west, Milford Hospice.

Both the senior and U20 hurling teams in Limerick have come together to 'Hit the Woah' for Milford Hospice.

Cian hopped on the line for a chat with Dermot and Dave and of course, our favourite Limerick resident popped by as well!

This morning Dermot & Dave received an email from a listener who was complaining about getting getting any "alone time" with his missus during lockdown.

The email read "

Hi Dermot and Dave.

I've got an issue that some of your listeners might relate to.

So Covid19 has put me, my wife and our 4 kids back in our box and we are coping quite well. But NOBODY seems to be addressing the fact that us parents are now under the constant 24hr monitoring of our 4 snotty, horrible little monkeys.

Let me tell you now that 'love' is not in the air. When oh WHEN can we get some US time... if ya know what I mean. I suggested to my wife that we go out into to the shed and, I dunno, 'make a bird box or something?' but my wife reckons that's not rosemantic at all. Surely there is somewhere I could send my kids for a half an hour or 3 minutes or the likes.

Any suggestions would be urgently appreciated.

Brad Pitt is apparently dating an Australian TV reporter who interviewed him on red carpet.

Renee Bargh is know to turn the heads of various starts around Hollywood, after she reportedly 'secretly dated' Tom Cruise

Renee had been working on the red carpets for this years award season and had come in contact with Brad, who was up for a number of awards for his role in Once Upon A Time in Hollywood.

Brad who is currently 56, was interviewed by the 33-year-old Extra reporter before the Screen Actors Guild Awards and the pair got on like a house on fire.

History will be made tonight as the first manned flight to the International Space Station by a private company will hurtle across our skies.

Run by Elon Musk's Space X, The Falcon 9 will be the first manned space flight to leave US soil in almost a decade.

Irelands first drive-in music event series is scheduled to take place across the country from July 20th, 2020.

LIVE AT THE DRIVE-IN is thrilled to announce platinum-selling Dublin singer song-writer Gavin James as its first headline artist.

At its core, the objective of LIVE AT THE DRIVE-IN and its organisers is to provide an entertainment space where fans from across the country can enjoy a live music experience again while adhering to all WHO and Governmental Covid-19 safety recommendations and guidelines.  LIVE AT THE DRIVE-IN will deliver safe, family friendly entertainment during this difficult time and will feature some of Ireland’s most popular artists headlining.  Given the unique style of LIVE AT THE DRIVE-IN events and limited capacity, we expect demand to be high and anticipate it to be one of the most highly anticipated events of this year.

But while we'll be waiting a while for team sports to resume, Clare hurling making supremos Torpey Hurleys have been looking at the importance of mindfulness during this difficult time and have found that the experience of playing the game can be mindful and meditative.

This morning, Seán Torpey from Torpey Hurleys spoke to Dermot and Dave about the mental health benefits of hurling.
