This week we are doing a new 5 day running challenge. In this challenge, you will learn what you need to eliminate from your training so you can get faster without pushing harder. Most runners think that they need to run more or push harder to get faster, which leads many runners to get injured or not make the progress they want. They are only focused on the miles or the paces, with no consideration of ALL of the other things affecting their results. You're left with a broken body and broken spirit. There are 3 step to totally transform your running, but I am going to lead you through step 1 this week because this step alone can lead to massive transformations in your running.
Today is about finding the physical and mental RESTRICTIONS and learning how to address them. Let's go!
