Hey Guys,
In this episode, we're breaking down the reward systems that actually help you stay consistent with decluttering β the ones that create momentum, build identity, and keep you coming back without relying on motivation. These rewards don't add more clutter, they don't require buying anything, and they reinforce the habits you're trying to build.

Hey Guys,
Today we're breaking down the third law of habit change from Atomic Habits: Make it easy. This episode is all about why decluttering feels so overwhelming β and how to design your environment and your systems so the habit becomes effortless.
We talk about how the human brain evolved to conserve energy, why we're supposed to choose the easiest option, and how you can use that natural wiring to build a decluttering habit you can actually keep. Instead of relying on motivation, you'll learn how to use small reps, low friction, and tiny wins to make decluttering automatic.

Hey Guys!
Today is Day Two of the decluttering habit series, and we're moving from your environment to your brain. Yesterday was all about making the cue obvious. Today is about making the habit attractive β using your cravings, your dopamine, and your natural tendencies to work for you instead of against you.

Hey Guys,
Today is Day One of the four-day decluttering habit series, and we're starting with the step that makes everything else possible: creating a clear, unavoidable cue for your daily decluttering habit.
Most people don't declutter consistently because the reminder is vague. Clutter blends into the background. So today you'll pick one hotspot in your home and set up an intentional cue that triggers the simplest possible action: remove one item.
XO,
Amber

Hey Guys,
Today's episode is going to make decluttering your plastic containers one of the easiest wins in your kitchen. We're not doing this based on emotion or guilt β we're doing it based on facts, safety, and what the research actually says about old and degraded plastics.
Keep: #1, #2, #5 (in good condition)
Toss: Anything pre-2010, cloudy, scratched, warped, lidless, or mismatched
Avoid for heat: #1, #2, #4, #5, #7 unless labeled microwave-safe
Never use for heat: #3 (PVC), #6 (Styrofoam), older #7
To-go containers: Fine for cold storage short-term; don't microwave them and don't keep them for months

Hey Guys,
Today's episode is all about making your freezer easier to use β not perfect, not Pinterest-worthy, just functional. I'm walking you through three practical strategies that help you find what you have, stop wasting money on duplicate groceries, and actually use the food you buy.
We're keeping this simple and doable. No emptying the entire freezer, no dramatic "before and after," and no pressure to be a different person by the end. These are real-world systems anyone can use.

Hey Guys,
Today kicks off the 3-day fridge reset, and we're starting with the easiest possible win: the fridge door. This episode walks you through clearing the door in a way that feels simple, calm, and actually doable β no overthinking, no perfection, and definitely no shame about your condiment situation.
You don't need a plan. You don't need motivation. You just need a trash bag, 10β15 minutes, and someone (me) talking you through the steps so you don't have to think about what you're doing.
Hope this helps you!

Hey Friends,
In this mini-episode, you're going to make real progress in your kitchen by decluttering your spices. If your spice drawer or cabinet is overflowing and you want a simple win today, this is it. In this episode you'll create space, cut the chaos, and actually start using your spices again because you'll know what you have and where it is.
What You'll Do Today (Just Two Steps): 1. Alphabetize your spices and remove duplicates Pull out your spices, line them up in alphabetical order, and combine any duplicates.
2. Toss anything expired Check dates as you put them back. This alone clears a surprising amount of space.
How to Stay on Track: This isn't a full-kitchen project. Don't let it domino. Stay focused on only the spices. If you have oversized bottles that don't fit with the regular ones, keep them in their own alphabetical section. You can handle two lists.
Your Quick Action Plan: β’ Walk into your kitchen β’ Open your spice drawer or cabinet β’ Alphabetize β’ Remove duplicates β’ Toss expired β’ Put everything back neatly
Take a deep breath and get it done β it really will only take a few minutes if you stay focused.
Share Your Progress: Post a picture of your organized spices in the Facebook group. I'm posting mine too and can't wait to see yours.

Hey Guys,
Today we're finishing the three-day pantry series by focusing on how to arrange and organize everything you kept. We covered:
1. Placement How to decide what goes at eye level, what belongs down low, what needs prime reach space, and how grouping items by height improves visibility.
2. Containers Simple tools that make a pantry functional, like lazy Susans for deep shelves, tiered risers for spices, and vertical dividers for high cabinets.
3. Labeling When labels are helpful, when you don't need them, affordable label options, and how to use P-Touch labels or bin tags to keep systems easy to maintain.
HERE are the labels I mention in this episode.
