Hey Friends,
Today is Day 2 of your three-day pantry series, and this is the actual decluttering day. In this episode, I walk you through a simple, five-step process that makes even an overflowing pantry feel manageable. Decluttering the pantry can be a fun, relaxing, almost meditative project when you break it down into these steps.
The 5 Steps From the Episode: 1. Space PlanningIf you did Day 1, your post-its are already on your shelves. If you didn't, Amber walks you through doing it quickly so you can start.
2. Duplicate Your Post-ItsWrite the same category labels again and place them on your counter, table, or floor. These become your landing zones as you pull items out.
3. Pull Everything OutRemove items shelf by shelf and place them under the correct duplicate post-it. Trash anything stale, open, or expired. Add new categories only if needed.
4. Clean the ShelvesWipe crumbs, sticky spills, and bottle drips. This takes a few minutes and makes the reset feel fresh and new.
5. Put Everything BackNow that everything is grouped, placing it back is fast and easy. Follow the original post-it map you planned yesterday.

Hey Guys,
In this 3-minute minisode, we're tackling one of the biggest sources of wasted space in your kitchen β the appliance you never use.
You'll identify one bulky gadget that's been sitting in a cabinet collecting dust and finally let it go. Whether it's a juicer, bread maker, waffle iron, or Instant Pot you swore you'd use every week, this episode helps you release it without guilt.
Minimalism isn't about having less β it's about removing what doesn't serve your life anymore. If this episode helps you, share it with someone who has a few too many gadgets hiding in their cabinets. And don't forget to follow the show so the next kitchen win is waiting for you.

Hey Guys,
In this episode, you'll learn three simple rules that make it easy to decide what to keep and what to let go. We simplify this category without stress, without perfectionism, and without needing to reorganize anything today. We focus on elimination first, because that is the step that saves time.
If you've ever felt overwhelmed by your kitchen, decluttering this area will yeild a lot of extra space.
If this helped you, share it with someone who has talked about wanting to simplify their kitchen. And follow the show so tomorrow's episode is waiting for you.

Hey Guys,
In this mini episode, we declutter your utensil drawer without stress. No organizing. No containers. No systems. Just fast elimination.
You will learn the four rules that make removing kitchen tools simple:
β’ If you have multiples, keep one β’ If a basic tool can do the job, the specialty gadget goes β’ If you haven't used it in 30 days, it's not part of your real life β’ If it's damaged, it gets thrown away today
This micro-declutter makes your kitchen easier to use every single day.
Here are the dates for the longform episodes. Each day, in between these two longform episodes, you can listen to short reminder episodes to keep the progress and momentum going.
