On todays podcast I am happy to be hosting Joe Cecala, Founder & CEO at Dream Exchange. 

During the interview we talked about the greatest issues in the current state of capital markets, how Dream Exchange is looking to solve these issues and the importance of ownership.

Joe is the Co-author of securities research published in Oxford University’s Handbook on IPO's and Founder and CEO of Dream Exchange. Dream Exchange is creating the first ever venture stock exchange in the U.S and a new national stock exchange.

As a former military officer, civil rights lawyer, securities lawyer and CPA, Mr. Cecala is a visionary, passionate about effecting positive, lasting change on society. 

In the late 1990's, Mr. Cecala was legal counsel for the team that created Archipelago, the first company to trade stocks over the internet. This new invention grew to eventually become the electronic infrastructure we now know as the New York Stock Exchange. Over the past 30+ years practicing securities law, he has applied his knowledge and expertise to help small businesses grow and expand.
