I had a thought - imagine how I would want to behave if I joined a diet club meeting today! I'd want to be correcting the consultant, I'd have to give all the members an 'I'm sorry' hug as they queued for the scales, I'd have to keep telling members that they don't have to have the horrible substitution foods that they're settling for.
