In episode 14 I get the chance to catch up and chat to Dionne, the manager of the running retail shop Up & Running in Milton Keynes.

For anyone that's ever had the opportunity of meeting Dionne, you'll know her passion and love for running and everything kit and trainer related. When we first met I was taken aback by her shoe knowledge and if I ever need advice then I know she's the lady to go to!

I couldn't think of anyone else to chat to about the various types of trainers, gait analysis, what trainers suit each runner and how Up & Running are managing at this time.

We even got onto to the hot topic of the carbon fibre plates shoes that have shot into the market.
