One of the biggest issues in the real estate industry today is the lack of knowledge and understanding of agency.  Today I examine and answer the questions of what can you do and not do without agency?  How can agency really be terminated?  How far do you have to go to ensure your consumer is not under agency with another agent? I guarantee that there is a least one or two items here that will surprise you.    Agency is not easy.
