It all is doom and gloom since the NAR settlement. But is there another side that is possibly a positive for agents?  

No one really knows how this will play out. Not even the so-called experts.  However, are we to believe that NAR has not already thought out what happens next.  I can't believe that one of the nation's largest trade organization has not thought this through before agreeing to paying $418 million.
