Finally, South Carolina is at the forefront of something good.  South Carolina is one of the first states to prohibit and void the 40-yearlong listing agreements that are recorded at the register of deeds office and binds even future owners to the agreement.  With Gov. McMaster signature the agreements were deemed void and unenforceable.    Listen for all of the details.
