In this episode I am going to take a step back from Sitzer/Burnette and discuss the scary topic of real estate frauds involving taking your social media posts and creating deep voice and image fakes using a spoof card. These fakes are so real your mother would think it is really you talking and interacting. 

Tom CronKright with Certified is with me again to discuss these frauds as well as seller impersonation and many other fraud attempts that we now have to be knowledgeable about.
