As I continue my series of stressed and distressed parties, today I tackle the stress a real estate agent has in learning a new contract. On January 1, 2023 the Central Carolina REALTORS Association will begin using its' new and improved contract in the Midlands of South Carolina. Even if you mainly use the SCR State Contract you need to learn the CCRA contract as we are seeing more and more outside market contracts being presented everyday.  In today's episode I cover the first two sections of the CCRA contract.
