The new MLS and REALTOR rules from the commission settlement are set to begin on August 17. There is so much confusion still in the industry.  I did this podcast and added to it twice after I recorded it. So yes, I am confused too.

Today we look at the South Carolina REALTOR Association's revised contract and compensation form to see what we will be dealing with in just a few short weeks.
