As you have probably heard, the South Carolina REALTORs Association has introduced a new sales contract in the market. While the contract is more or less the same, two major deletions to the previous contract completely changed the contract for the better.  This week I examine the change, how it is affecting transactions in  the marketplace as well as point out multiple pitfalls and liabilities under the new contract.
