Sophie began her career specialising in gastrointestinal diseases before moving into academia and delivering lectures at Plymouth University and King’s College London. She now runs her clinic practice City Dietitians in London, designs vitamins and probiotics and has worked on the Channel 4 gut health series, Know Your Sh**.
