Aaron Iles started his distance running career a bit earlier than most.

By the time he was 16, he'd already run a half marathon, full marathon, and an ultra marathon!

Julia Lipeles loves to spend as much time as she can out on the trails.

As she continues to run longer races, she's planning to run her first 200-miler in 2019, she focuses on keeping things simple.

The 7 Bridges Marathon takes place every fall in Chattanooga, TN.

Last weekend, Beks and I made the trip up I-75 to experience the race, and the city, in person.

Burcu Mirza doesn't hesitate to give of herself to help others, both literally and metaphorically!

Several years ago, she registered as a potential bone marrow donor through DKMS. And when the phone rang and she learned she was a match for a person in need, she didn't hesitate.

Steve Page isn't the type of guy to back down from a running challenge.

And in the past, that willingness to do any race at any time has gotten him into a bit of trouble.

On 14 October 2018, I toed the line of the Prairie Fire Marathon in Wichita, KS.
