Bobby Crim has a pretty good chance of finishing on the podium, if not outright winning, his age group in every single race he runs.

Apparently, most races don't feature a lot of runners in the 85-90 age group!

Bobby has been running for longer than I've been alive, and it was an honor and pleasure to be able to walk across the street, sit on the front porch, and talk shop with him about his many years in our sport.

I love a big running goal.

In my opinion, the bigger the better!

When we set big goals, the kind that will take years to achieve, it's important to make sure you're having fun as you pursue your goals.

And if that means doing some races or setting some short term goals that may not seem to move you closer to your bigger goals, that's ok!
