This week we're joined by Hub member Debbie Cook who was one of recent Marathon Academy Graduates.

Debbie has run her fair share of marathons but still embarked on the group coaching programme with The Running Hub.

She shared her experience within the Hub and how it reinforced the elements of training that she sometimes neglected and also her experience on race day!

Debbie enjoyed her training so much she's remained within the community and we can't wait to continue supporting her up until her next marathon.
