Donagh Herlihy’s Biography

Donagh Herlihy is the Executive Vice President of Digital and Chief Information Officer of Bloomin’ Brands, a $4.5 billion dollar casual dining restaurant company that includes Outback Steakhouse among others.

Donagh joined Bloomin’ Brands in September of last year from Avon Products, where he was CIO as well as the Senior Vice President of eCommerce.  Prior to Avon, Donagh worked as CIO and Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy and Planning at the Wm Wrigley Jr. Company.

Donagh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology and Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
