Al Chapman is widely regarded as one of this generation’s great traditional bowhunters, but he is too humble to admit it. A true outdoorsman, man of faith, and southern gentleman, Al has spent a lifetime pursuing wild game, primarily across the southeastern United States, but also on exciting adventures in far-off places like Namibia. He is an active member of the Professional Bowhunters Society, Compton Traditional Bowhunters, and Georgia Traditional Bowhunters. Recently, Al achieved the impressive feat of completing Georgia’s Big 5 with primitive archery equipment. Even as he reaches his golden years, Mr. Chapman shows no signs of slowing down, continuing to embody the spirit and passion of traditional bowhunting.
